Detached Furnace Flue Pipe

This is from a home inspection in Plano. The furnace flue pipe was detached at the furnace unit in the attic. Luckily the home was vacant as the time.  This is an easy fix, but would have been a dangerous situation for anyone in the house with the heat on.
