Dryer vent clogged and blocked

Found this dryer vent during a Mckinney home inspection. This dryer vent is clogged with lint and blocked by the fence post from opening and operating.  This not only causes the dryer to run with less efficiency, but is a fire hazard.  I always recommend cleaning dryer vents whenever moving into a new home.
